Victoria Eardley is the marketing director at the Foundation for Government Accountability where she is responsible for managing the marketing and distribution team and executing strategy to market FGA’s mission and reforms to policymakers.
Prior to joining FGA, Victoria served as a public relations assistant at Cedarville University, spent time as an independent contractor developing policy research, and interned with the Heritage Foundation, Charles Koch Foundation, and the House of Representatives. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Communications and Political Science from Cedarville University and is completing her Master of Arts in Public Interest Communications at the University of Florida. Her work has been featured in the Washington Examiner, the Federalist, and National Review Online.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys hiking, running, and interior design. She and her husband, John, live in Columbus, Ohio.

Prior to joining FGA, he was the public affairs director at the American Legislative Exchange Council, or ALEC. He also served as project coordinator for the John James for Senate campaign. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy from Hillsdale College, with a minor in Rhetoric and Mass Communications.
Dan first experienced the power of work as a lighting engineer for his church’s contemporary service. To him, work means independence and maturity. He believes work helps give you focus, and its fruits allow you to make decisions for yourself.
Outside of work, Dan is involved with a small charity called Voluntaryism in Action and he is passionate about cooking and games of the board and video variety.
A disappointed lifelong fan of the Detroit Lions, Dan lives in Beverly Hills, Michigan.
